What does your day-to-day look like?
Every day at Cybba is different. Even though there are some repetitive tasks working in Finance, I have the pleasure to work with all of our different teams across the globe, which requires me to adapt to each office’s clientele and their needs. It's a job that is always full of surprises, like having to switch between English and Spanish! I love what I do, which makes it easy to enjoy my job even when it is busy.
I also have great leaders to collaborate with and look to for guidance. They trust me with important tasks and invite me into new projects all the time. I enjoy learning, so working at Cybba has been a great fit for me.
What’s your favorite brand and why?
Recently, Chick-fil-A. I LOVE the business model of this company, and they have the best chicken sandwich ever! I am also a huge supporter of their vision and values.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Breathe. Any time you are overwhelmed just breathe, release stress and then move on. I remind myself of this often, it helps me to remain steady and calm even when life gets overwhelming.
If you could switch jobs with anyone else at Cybba, who would it be and why?
I would probably be an Account Manager for a day. I love helping people in general, and I think that's what an AM role is all about: helping clients find the best ways to maximize the solutions for their marketing needs, and building relationships that develop into long-term business partnerships.
What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
Bible, journal, and phone (I will call my husband to pick me up as soon as possible 😀)
What are you binge-watching right now?
American Idol. Huge fan!
