How does she do it? Read on to find out!
How long have you been in this position?
I’ve been in this position for 10 months.
What job did you want to have you were a kid?
When I was a kid, I was really sure that I was going to be a singer or an actress. But when my parents did not honor my request to move to LA, the harsh reality set in that I might not be the next Hannah Montana. I did get a blonde wig for Christmas, though.
Describe the path that brought you to Cybba.
I studied marketing and advertising throughout college and was really interested in the digital side of things, so pairing that with Cybba’s company culture sealed the deal for me!
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy getting to speak with new people from so many different brands. Even within the same industry, no eCommerce strategy is the same. Being able to figure out where we can fit in to grow their business is really cool!Run us through a typical day in the Cybba office for you.
A typical day starts with coffee, catching up with my teammates, and socializing with my colleagues. From there, most of my day consists of identifying brands within certain sectors that would be a good fit for our digital solutions. The next part is reaching out and meeting with those brands about what a partnership with Cybba would look like.
What is your best productivity tip for getting it all done?
I’m a big fan of traditional pen to paper. I like having everything written out in front of me, so having lists and schedules helps me stay organized and makes sure no priority falls through the cracks.
What are your favorite brand(s) and why?
I love Bravo, the television network. Watching all those shows, like the Real Housewives, is my guilty pleasure.
What’s the best (non-Cybba) marketing campaign you’ve seen?
Nike has a lot of good ones, but I really liked their “Dream Crazier” campaign.
What is your favorite place in Boston?
I love going to Lolita! Their spicy cucumber margarita never disappoints.
What are 3 things you can’t live without?
Coffee, Spotify, and my family trips to Greece.
What has been your favorite project at Cybba?
My favorite project has been working with my colleagues, Michelle and Lizzie, to build out our partnership connections through an affiliate network we work closely with. It was my first exposure to affiliates, so I definitely learned a lot.
If you could switch your job with anyone at Cybba, whose job would you want?
I would switch with one of the graphic designers! I have some experience with the basics, but would love to get better. I’m always really impressed with the creatives they can come up with so easily.
