What does your day-to-day at Cybba look like?
My day always starts with outlining a to-do list for the day. I then will go through and organize my emails and plan out the priority of my tasks. Once that has been done and outlined, I look at my week and the meetings that I have scheduled that day or later, and start working on prepping through my to-do list while handling any client asks. I will say every day is different, so I like to start the same way every day with my to-do list to keep one thing consistent.
What’s one thing every online brand should do marketing-wise?
Every single online brand should implement an onsite and email solution. We see that the online brands who choose to add these tools to the marketing suite see the most successful campaigns. It takes 7 touch points for a user to make a purchase, so why not have three of them at least come from you or live on your site? It all works in helping the user get to the finish line.
What advice would you give to someone interested in your field?
Do not sweat the small stuff. Mistakes will happen, but it's all about how we learn from them.
If you could switch jobs with anyone else at Cybba, who would it be and why?
I would want to switch jobs with the design team! I love seeing how creative they are with our clients' asks and I would love to spend a day creating with them!
What's a secret talent or hobby of yours?
I am extremely talented at Karaoke! I can read a room's vibe and always know the right song for the crowd.
What's the most recent book you've read?
So many good books this summer, I've yet to find one I haven't loved. I recently finished 'Too Good To Be True.' Highly recommend it if you like twists and turns!
