How long have you been in this position?
I’ve been an account manager for one and a half years.
How did you start at Cybba and what made you want to join?
I heard about Cybba’s work through the Boston tech grapevine and was drawn to the range of marketing and advertising tools that Cybba offered.
What tips would give a new account manager entering the industry?
First and foremost: stay organized! Always keep track of industry trends by subscribing to industry newsletters, attending conferences, and following key influencers (and competitors) on social media.
What do you enjoy most about your career?
I really value the relationships that I develop with my clients. Knowing that my work actually helps my clients achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding.
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I lived in Israel for three years.
What brands or companies do you admire?
Amazon is the gold standard for customer centricity. Every business can pull elements from their customer relationship strategy to use in their own work. I’m also a big fan of the The Skimm which is a daily email newsletter with top stories condensed into concise summaries.
What is your favorite place in Boston?
I love to people watch. So put me at any bench in Boston and I can sit there for hours.
What are you currently binge-watching?
The Office (for the third time).
How has Cybba helped in your career development?
Cybba has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse collection of brands in a fast thinking environment. I love working on the account management team because I can bounce ideas off of colleagues and if I ever find myself stuck, whether it’s a client issue or a creative block, I can always count on my fellow creatives.
What has been your proudest moment at Cybba?
I love sharing my experiences with new hires and teaching them what I’ve learned during my time here.
