How long have you been in this position?
I’ve been working at Cybba’s Brazil office for 9 months.
How did you start at Cybba and what made you want to join?
I have always been impressed by Cybba’s business model and was excited for an opportunity to apply my knowledge in this market.
What tips would you give an Account Manager entering the industry?
1. Listen to your customers' needs and you can be more assertive in what you say.
2. Technical knowledge is very important. Keep up with market updates and always be one step ahead.
3. Know how your product works but always stop to listen to your customer’s pain points.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I learn something new every day because of my direct contact with the customer. This also helps me discover new ways to solve some old problems.
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I love music and singing is one of the my favorite things to do.
What brands or companies do you admire?
Vivara, MAC, Dior, L’Occitane... These are brands that I always follow.
What is your favorite place in São Paulo?
I like to visit Skye Bar in São Paulo. It is on the terrace of a large hotel and there is a beautiful view of the whole city. They also serve great drinks.
How has Cybba helped in your career development?
I'm not the same person I was 9 months ago. I feel better prepared to face new and big challenges.
What do you find the most challenging about your work at Cybba?
Dealing with the political and economic oscillations of the Brazilian market. This is a big challenge for companies in Brazil.
What is your proudest moment at Cybba?
I am proud of our office’s daily achievements. I am proud to be on a dedicated team committed to achieving our goals and serving our customers well.
If you could switch your job with anyone else’s at Cybba, what job would you want?
I am curious to learn more about the IT team. I would definitely enjoy spending a few days in this area to better understand the role it plays within the company.
