How long have you been in this position?
I’ve been working at Cybba since May 2018 when we opened the Latin American office in Brazil.
How did you start at Cybba and what made you want to join?
My background is in digital media. I was excited by the opportunity to launch new digital marketing technology in a market with high potential, and to build Cybba’s operation in Brazil.
What tips would you give an international manager entering the industry?
Be organized and have clear communications between teams, both within your local office, and with operations at headquarters. This is very important to optimize time and process.
What do you enjoy the most about your career?
Every day I learn something different. Digital marketing never stops!
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I love watching TV shows with a good bottle of wine.
What brands/companies do you personally admire?
Two American brands that I admire are SpaceX and Google. For LATAM brands, my favorite are Totus and Natura.
What is your favorite place in Brazil?
I really like Angra dos Reis, a region of small islands with beautiful beaches near Rio de Janeiro.
What are you currently binge watching?
I just finished the last season of Suits and Ozark. I loved it!
How has Cybba helped in your career development?
Every day I learn about new technologies in digital marketing, both AdTech and MarTech. The cultural exchange between the LATAM and US offices is also important for my career growth.
What do you find the most challenging at Cybba?
One of the most challenging things at Cybba is keeping up-to-date with all the technologies and possibilities discovered every day.
What is your proudest moment at Cybba?
I am proud of the responsibility entrusted to me by our leadership team to run the operation of Cybba in Brazil.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within Cybba, whose job would you want?
I love what I do. Today I wouldn’t switch my job!
